As a Paediatrician and General Physician with over 15 years of experience, I strongly believe that early diagnosis, preventive care, and timely treatment form the foundation of a healthy community.
Together with my wife, Dr. Nilam Gawade, we founded this hospital with a shared vision—to create a healthcare space where compassion, trust, and clinical excellence go hand in hand.

As the Founder of Shree Multispecialty Hospital and ICU, Kesnand, I envisioned creating a healthcare center where patients feel heard, respected, and confidently cared for.
Along with my husband, Dr. Anil Gawade, we have worked together to build a hospital that reflects our shared values of compassionate care, ethical practice, and medical excellence.
